Peveril Securities was set up in 1953 going through a period of rapid growth as current Managing Director Ralph Jones took over the business. In recent years the team has expanded to include James Smith in the Midlands office and Chris Kirkland, who opened a London office for Peveril in 2015.
Managing Director
Ralph is Managing Director of Peveril Securities and also a Main Board Director of the B+K Group. He is responsible for commercial and residential property development and investment. He enjoys golf, good wine and supporting Derby County with his family.
Director
Chris joined Peveril in 2015 following 5 years spent outside the group gaining valuable investment and development experience. Chris is a Main Board Director of the B+K Group and an Executive Director of Peveril Securities. When not working Chris enjoys skiing, golf and an occasional game of hockey. Chris is chairman of the charitable organisation Raise Your Hands and deputy chairman of the Institute of Contemporary Arts.

James is an Executive Director of our sister company Peveril Homes, but assists Peveril Securities with strategic land acquisitions and promotions.
