A speculative new development at Europa Link, Tinsley Park, delivering 285,000 sq ft across five industrial units. Peveril acquired the site without occupier commitments, secured planning permission, and sold via forward funding through Mirastar. Completed July 2023, in partnership with Premcor Estates.
