James is Managing Director of Peveril Homes in addition to his role with Peveril Securities where he is involved with East Midlands based commercial projects and nationwide strategic land acquisitions and promotions.
After graduating from Nottingham Trent University, he joined Peveril in 1997 as an Assistant Land Buyer, quickly rising through the ranks with nearly 30 years’ experience in residential, commercial, and retail development and investment.
He is a non-executive director of the Spencer Academies Trust of schools and enjoys good food and wine with his friends and holidays with his family.
